Technician showed up at 11:45 with no apology for coming after the scheduled time. I took off work to be here and did not receive a status call or apology. Work was fine but very disappointed in the timing. Too bad I did not have a great experience with this company like so many others have but common sense and communication go a long way to making or breaking a customer!" D .
